Schirkoa is a 14 minute animated short film created by Ishan Shukla. The film will run in festival circuit until mid 2017 followed by a Vimeo release. I'm honored working as an animator in this movie.

Schirkoa premiered at Los Angeles on 8th September 2016 at the Academy Award qualifying – LA Shorts Film Festival where it won the ‘Best Animated Short’ award. It then went on to win ‘Best of Show’ at SIGGRAPH Asia 2016.
Synopsis:In the city of Bag-heads, a senate member faces a tough choice between political career, brothels and love for a mysterious woman. A choice that will transform his life and the city in unimaginable ways.

Here is my tribute to sir boris. I love his paintings. What I did is I picked one of his awesome pieces and made a sketch of it. Here it is. Not so good. But still you know :)

This is its time lapse video. Was bit challenging for me to record it constantly for few hours without taking a break or drinking water. Hehe.
